Food Delivery Makkah operates as an online food delivery service based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Ordering
All orders are placed through WhatsApp or our website contact form. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of unavailable items, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. Orders are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team on WhatsApp.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges may apply depending on your location and will be communicated during order confirmation. We are not responsible for any pricing errors on the website and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
4. Payment
We currently accept cash on delivery as our primary payment method. Additional payment options may be available and will be communicated on WhatsApp. Payment is due at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Makkah and surrounding areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including traffic, weather, and high order volume. Food Delivery Makkah is not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We provide ingredient and allergen information on our product pages to the best of our knowledge. However, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients and we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens. If you have a severe allergy or specific dietary requirement, please contact us before placing your order. Food Delivery Makkah is not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may only be cancelled before preparation has begun. Once an order is being prepared it cannot be cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis as outlined in our Delivery and Return Policy. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our stated criteria.
8. User Conduct
By using our services you agree not to use them for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to submit false orders, provide incorrect delivery information, or engage in any conduct that disrupts or damages our operations or reputation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on fooddeliverymakkah.com including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of Food Delivery Makkah and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Food Delivery Makkah shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays in delivery, food quality disputes, or technical issues with the website or WhatsApp service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
