Order Confirmation
Once you place your order through WhatsApp, our team will confirm your order, estimated delivery time, and total cost. Your order will not be processed until confirmation is received from our side.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges may apply depending on your location. You will be informed of any delivery fees during the order confirmation on WhatsApp.
Failed Delivery
If we are unable to reach you at the provided address or phone number, our delivery team will attempt to contact you. If we cannot complete the delivery, the order may be cancelled.
Return Policy
No Returns Accepted
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any food items once the order has been delivered and accepted. This policy is in place for health, safety, and food hygiene reasons in compliance with food safety standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please contact us on WhatsApp at 966 54 767 1681 within 30 minutes of receiving your order. We will review your case and work to resolve it promptly.
Poor Quality or Damaged Food
If your food arrives in poor condition or does not meet our quality standards, please send us a photo on WhatsApp within 30 minutes of delivery. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before preparation has begun. Once your order is being prepared, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
